Dear Wyandotte Cable Internet Subscriber,
This is a reminder that our new email platform has launched and is available to all Wyandotte Cable subscribers.  The old email platform used by Wyandotte Cable has been discontinued by Google. Due to Google’s decision to no longer support that email platform, it is necessary for our subscribers to migrate to our new email platform effective Tuesday, July 21.
Please note: If you use an alternate email service provider such as,,, etc. then NO ACTION IS NECESSARY
What do you need to do to for the change of email providers?
We suggest you review the documents below before the switchover.  We have outlined the steps you’ll need to take to convert your email account.  . The entire process should take less than 10 minutes.  You’ll be able to enjoy your new email experience and will have the access you need to check your email anytime – anywhere!
REMINDER:  Your email address will remain the same, however, the computer servers supporting your email will be switched over to different servers. Please review the step-by-step conversion instructions that will need to be done on (or after) Tuesday, July 21 in order for you to access your emails.  Because this is a switchover, you will want to update your mail server settings on the date of the conversion. 
Rest assured,  that  if you are not able to make the setting changes on July 21, no email will be lost.  All mail will be available and accessible as soon as you are able to make the changes.
