Emergency Procedures:

In the case of a power outage or water main break, please call 734.324.7190
 
If you are forwarded directly to voicemail please leave the address where the power or cable outage, or water main break has occurred, cross streets if possible and a phone number where you might be reached if necessary. 


In case of an Internet or Phone outage - You can contact us 24 hours a day, seven days a week for Internet & Phone Technical Support at 1.888.855.9997


In case of an Cable TV outage - You can contact us 24 hours a day, seven days a week at 734.324.7190.
 
 

What to do if you see a downed power line:

  • Stay away from the lines, and keep children and pets inside.
  • Assume that all downed power lines are energized and stay away. 
  • Stay away from fences or any metal structures that may become energized.
  • Report the downed lines at 1.734.324.7190
  • If you think the downed lines pose an immediate hazard to the public, call 911
